What pathetic service from Virgin active

A business that is absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying to sign up a family of 4 to virgin active only to be told there is an amount of just over 1k outstanding from a membership of older than 10years and it shows I didn't access the gym and I canceled this when I left the province. Rightfully so as I relocated to a different province and now they insisting after more than 10years I make payment before I can sign up with my entire family. So they willing to lose a full family contract as they insist I should pay 600 from this old contract. Which I canceled. Never been in touch with me to date an suddenly I'm told to pay. I am happy to take my family to planet fitness rather. Cannot believe they willing to lose getting a family on board on a contract worth much more for R600. So it shows the mentality of the management team at the virgin active. What poor business decision.
