WHAT ARE THEY GOOD AT?BAD SERVICE?

I joined virgin active the 3rd of March 2018.

The Faerie Glen gym was having a promotion,so i decided that i should take the personal trainer booster pack and get help to shape up and if i am happy to continue. i argue with the two ladies and kept asking them are they certain that there will be someone after work, and they instead that they will. I told them i only knock off work 6-6:30 pm and the time to drive to work will be 7pm. still said that there will be someone available.

since that day till this very moment i have not received any session with any one. i found out that the trainer is not available later stage. i went there countless time to inquire and those two ladies gave the worst attitude and service! how do u expect people to come to a place with such environment.. i really don't care that they work on commission but you can not offer services that is disgusting. and when confronted walk away or talk badly behind another employer thinking i would not hear.

one kind gentleman did refer me to another lady who said she will contact the head office and get back to me the following day, I WAITED 3 DAYS AND GOT NOTHING!!!!!!!i had to go in and look for the lady ho all of the sudden wasn't available.... i lost interest and need the refund asap

I AM BEYOND FADE UP AND FRUSTRATED!!!!!!! I LOST INTEREST IN THIS GYM. I STOPPED GOING FOR TWO WEEKS AND WENT BACK RECENTLY TO CONFRONT YOU GUYS WITH ANOTHER PROBLEM. YOUR SYSTEM CAN NOT BE DOWN AND DECIDE THAT IT IS OKAY FOR YOU TO TAKE MONEY FROM OUR ACCOUNT TWICE. DOESN'T YOUR SYSTEM NOTIFY U OF THIS ERROR? OR IS YOUR SYSTEM AS WELL RIDICULOUS LIKE YOuR STAFF?

i paid twice and have an outstanding amount . how will we resolve this? you can not advertise being the best yet this is what your customers go through. PLANET FITNESS IS EFFICIENT AND THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT NOT T MENTION THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE. NOW I AM TRAPPED WITH YOU GUYS FOR TWO DAMN YEARS? THIS UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????
