What a joke!

I have joined vitality and im a member at the Virgin active, been a Virgin active member for ages and Vitality rejoined 1st oct 2017 , I saw a charge from Virgin of R900 odd and im supposed to be charged R360 since im with Vitality and have the Premier membership for Virgin.

When speaking to both Vitality and Virgin the both say I should speak to the other , no one wanted to take responsibility .. its such a joke! meanwhile my money is just being taken from me and no one seems to want to resolve
