I recently wrote a complaint, looking for some help with my membership cancellation. I wrote late afternoon, and promptly after that received feedback from Tracy. My query was resolved quick and easy and Tracey even takes time to respond to me after usual business hours. I hope she is truly cherished by Virgin.
