WELL VERSED CONSULTANT

I recently complained twice on HELLO peter about Virgin Active Lorraine's ill attitude towards the how my complaint have been handled. I have exhausted all options with my complaint from the club level right though to its head office. I have received rather poor service from Robin who handles social media complaints and although she claimed she will revert back she has not.<br> <br> Tracey Lee on the hand is an example of competent person that deals with complaints efficiently and rather quick. She was brilliant how she handled my second complaint and she always informed me of what is going on.<br> <br> Well done Tracey Lee.
