Waterstone branch not allocating visits and points

Points and visits are not uploaded from your Waterstone branch. I have had to repeatedly ask for this to be done. No effort and no interest to do this. Very annoying as ot affects Quest and Discovery. Please can VA Head Office sort this out. You have spent a fortune on revamping the branch but can't get the basics right.....
