Water issues

Water shortages are a problem in Cape Town and many businesses have done a lot to try and conserve water.

Virgin Active decided to put buckets in the showers, this seems like a good idea but I object to having to shower with other people's bodily fluids.

In addition, you have had more than enough time to implement a grey water system, why have you not done this?

In the Sun Valley gym, you need to clean the floors of the toilets more as the splashed urine makes the stalls reek - go there - you will smell it.

Lastly, people use the gym facilities for different reasons, what about those people who use the sauna or steam room, you have shut these down t conserve water and this is understandable, but what is the long-term plan? Will you keep charging full fees while only keeping some of the facilities availble? Is this sustainable? What is your long-term plan here?

I look forward to your WRITTEN RESPONSE. I DO NOT want a phone call.
