WARNING: Disrespectful, Aggressive and Disgusting service from front reception at Bryanston Virgin Active. Virgin active employee by the name of KG Mohale refused to let my daughter (who has been paying national monthly rates) inside the gym on Saturday evening claiming that she does not have national membership despite her national card and monthly fees she pays! The attitude and foul mood coming from people who are in customer service is an absolute joke. KG’s attitude was despicable from the start reducing my daughter to tears and did not want to help until my husband had to drive to the gym to sort it out. Is this the new standard of treatment you now give to your clients ? Shocking at what this once lovely gym has become.
