Please explain why a 9 year old kid is allowed to play on the gym equipment at a Virgin active club? Also, you have rules about bags in the training area? Every day gym members take bags up to the weight section at this club??

Maybe Virgin should focus on, and enforce other rules, besides insisting on sanitising and masks??!!

Also, the equipment at La lucia is DISGUSTINGLY NEGLECTED, never mind that it takes months to fix a machine out of order??? Very poorly managed!! I have emailed management H.O. twice before, but the do not reply????
