Waiting for a refund for over a month

I was called by a sales person from Amanzimtoti who wanted me to join, I told them I cant currently afford the joining fee. He then told me that I will pay a once off fee R50(of which he took on the day), and then another R450 which was deducted on the 1st of July of 2015 which he said would be refunded within five days, and a once off R1355 joining fee from which he said R800 will be refunded in September upon joining.<br> I don't have a problem with my membership but I really want my R450 refund as was promised it would be refunded within 5 days. I have called several times and they always promise to call me back and they never do. Recently they have been saying Bluff branch will call me because they are responsible for my refund and I have been since waiting for that call for over two weeks.
