Waiting 3 months for refund

I've been waiting for three months for a refund after joining on a new contract through Momentum Multiply. I paid a full month and signed a new contract through Multiply in October and paid for the last part of the month through them. The pro rata refund for October on my old contract still needs to be done.<br> <br> I've talked to the gym staff at Victory Park in December already who told me that the refund will still take place. I'm still waiting.<br> <br> Why does one always need to go through channels like HelloPeter.com first before getting something out of big companies like yourselves?
