Vurgin Active unpleasant staff members

Last night I had an unpleasant experience with the reception manager upon arrival at the Virgin Active Bel-Air. As I entered in, she did not greet but rather pulled my card from my hand and gave me an unpleasant look. VA Bel-Air is where I gym 90% of my time. I would like to know what was this all about. I'm paying for service that I need to receive. If Virgin Active doesn't get their act together, it will only be time where another strong franchise come to dominate the South African market. Right now the competition is not great and as members we get treatment like this. disappointing much!
