Vrgin Active this is unacceptable
this is certainly not what I expected from Virgin Active
I have had an outstanding debt with Virgin active however I decided to rejoin and settle the debt amount in January 2018
however I still get calls from VVM (Debt collection agency) stating that I owe Virgin Active R1200.00.
further more I have followed up with Virgin Active on multiple occasions and it was confirmed that no monies are owed and I have informed Virgin Active to notify VVM of this
it has been almost a Year and nothing has been done I still get call from VVM threatening me with legal action.
surely Virgin Actives records were not updated or they are trying to get money out of me
