Voucher promised when i signed up in August, never received

<p>I signed up in August 2017 because I was promised I will receive a R750 Addidas voucher. This never happened. When I asked where my voucher was I was told that Virgin's system shows that an SMS was sent out to me. I stated that I am positively sure I never received a voucher but they insisted that I did. So Virgin Active assumes that every SMS that gets sent out, reaches its destination, not very technologically clued up because I am very fami**** with smss that i have sent in the past that never reached the person I sent them to. So I then gave them written permission to contact Cell C (my service provider) to get hold of my cellphone history to verify if I ever received this voucher sms. I dealt with a very ****y Virgin employee who basically told me that from their side there is nothing they are willing to do. </p> <p> </p> <p>I spend almost R1000 per month to gym at this establishment, is this the way to treat your customer? If you are not going to give me my voucher, Virgin, then prove to me that I received the sms.</p>
