Vitality membership

<p>I am a single parent. I joined virgin active with a contract that had restricted hours. I was advised by my medical aid to join vitality and I would benefit from a lower rate and could gym anytime. I called virgin active westville who confirmed that I would not need to pay the once off R1500 fee. Now after I join vitality and come to gym to change my membership the guys at virgin active westville are backtracking and say that I need to pay the fee. AFTER CALLING ME BACK TO CONFIRM THAT I DON'T NEED TO PAY THE ONCE OFF FEE. </p>
