Virigin active required deposit to exit contract

Good day,<br> <br> My wife entered into a two year contract at your Hatfield branch.<br> <br> Since then, she became very, very sick. She had a heart bypass, started with dialysis and experience problems with her liver. She cannot drive nor exercise and we would like to cancel this part of the contract. <br> <br> One cannot foresee any sickness and is definitely not planned, so I reject the fact that we have to pay any deposit to exit this part of the contract. My daughter is still able to visit the gym.<br> <br> We are awaiting your urgent reply.
