Virging Active - to thieve or not to thieve!

I called Virgin Active to cancel my membership last month ad then ontop of that I sent through one of those forms on their "contact us" tab on their website. To my surprise my account was debited this month. When I call I am caller number one hundred and some ridiculous number, obviously to make sure that either my airtime or patience runs out before they get the chance to answer for their thieving ways.
