Dear Roodepoort Gym Management Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent upgrade to the locker rooms and the resulting inconvenience to the gym members.

I was informed via an SMS that the locker rooms would be swapped around during the upgrade, but there was no mention of the showers being unavailable. This has resulted in a significant decrease in the quality of the gym facilities, which I believe is unacceptable considering the monthly fee that I and other members pay for use of the gym.

Additionally, the response from your staff has been unacceptable. I was told by one staff member to "F off" when I brought up this issue, which is completely unprofessional. This type of behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the level of customer service I expect from a gym.

I understand that other gyms may be available for use, but I choose Roodepoort Gym because it is located close to the highway, making it convenient for my pre-work routine. The current situation, where members are resorting to washing up in the sinks, is unsanitary and unacceptable.

I trust that this complaint will receive proper attention and that steps will be taken to resolve these issues. I am not alone in my dissatisfaction, as I know there are many other unhappy members.
