I had a contract with Virgin Active, i called to cancel in May and was told they will freeze my account until expiry date, to my Suprise i got a call saying i'm owing and debit orders keep on going off.

I explained to the lady that called and she said they do not freeze account, i then asked her to listen to the call recording and call me back, she did not to date I'm still told that I owe them but they are failing to produce the call recording and i believe they listened to it and found that I'm telling the truth. now the want to rob me
