Virgina Active Admin...Pathetic

Virgin Active admin is just plain pathetic. Head office call center is just a waste of time. They have a non-functional system and their call agents can't solve anything. You almost have to scream and call their manager for something to almost happen. For Simple admin task; you have to speak to at least 5 people....and all of them will give you different responses. Head office and the branch never speak the same language. It does not help when Virgin Active and Vitality do not share same system; nothing gets resolved. Mind you all my other Vitality benefits work seamlessly except Virgin Active. Virgin Active must hire competent people and train them regularly because in the current, it almost feels like a ****. The story is too long to write here.
