Virgin staff has used my bank details to sign up another member. I notified management and the club but seems like they are there to protect their own first

I have been barred from the gym , yet I get debited monthly for a membership the managers keep barring regardless of me being a club member for more than 6 years

No investigations has been done, no one is willing to assist, the rude sales people tell me they can't assist and seems like they refuse to assist as long as they keep signing up new members and debating my account monthly No one cares to assist
