Virgin Premier Rewards - Garmin Promotion not fulfilling

Virgin Active's premier rewards has offered their customers with great offers, BUT unfortunately, the partners you choose is not up to your standard.

Garmin online order and purchase fulfillment is not an experience that I would recommend to anyone. Garmin has chosen to run sales with Loyalty Partners and cannot fulfill. After placing the order and following up multiple times with no response.

@VirginActive you should be more careful when choosing a partner to offer to your clients. This is truly frustrating and leaves a very bad impression
