Virgin not honest when renewing memberships

Virgin deceived me when I renewed my membership. They promised me that the first month would be free and the next 3 would be discounted by 20% but they debited me in full and wont give a refund. Every time i contact them they say i wont be debited next month but they keep debiting me. I have emails from them confirming all this.
