I intend for the CEO of Virgin Active to see this review and personal account of my experience. I joined the gym to help create a decent consistent motivation for me on my weightless journey. Everything was going well until I needed the help of someone working for Virgin Active. Go figure hey. Lol. Log story short, 6 weekly streaks in, one day was not logged by the gym I visit and I lose my entire streak. To this day not fixed after promising it would be fixed. I feel demotivated and helpless. Countless phone calls and emails to the club.The reference is ***. If no response is received on this, I will find someone on LinkedIn and inbox them with the names I have of.the people who supposed to 'help me'
