Virgin Mockery

<p>Nearly 2 years ago I joined Virgin Active. That was in the month of May 2015 when they had that beautiful black and white leather gym bag as part of the Mother's Day special package. Upon registration I was asked by consultant, Trish whether I want to sign up for a 1 year or 2 year plan. I then opted for the 1 year and I saw her ticking the 1 year option. As knew back then that I had plans of quiting my job in new year to further my studies. When it was time for my contract to end I was informed that I actually have a 2 year contract. Also I was told should I wish to cancel at any stage I would have to pay 10 persent of the remaining months where upon I was later informed that it's actually 75 persent. I've been asking Trish for a copy of my contract since the day I signed up and every time she had a different excuse. There was a lot of misrepresentation. They did the exact same thing with my colleague. I sent them a few emails but never received any responses. I'm actually very disappointed in their service... But I know she did it so that the next year she don't have to look for so many clients. Commission causes greediness!</p>
