Virgin ****mers

Signed up at virgin Glenvista at the beginning of the year. Signed a years contract. Now my access card won't work as on the system they allocated New market as my primary club. Now Virgin Glenvista wants me to transfer clubs at an extra cost to me monthly. Not my fault or my problem that the sales consultant loaded the incorrect club. Best they sort out their mistake at their own cost.
