Virgin La Lucia has deteriated

The Virgin Active La Lucia branch has not had a working aircon for months. This has been a problem for years with the aircon working on and off.

The out of order sign is seen often on many equipment and takes forever to be be repaired. I have given up to address this with the manager Mohammed Dawood as he is never available. Extremely busy man, not sure if he is even ever at the club who knows? He also does not find your emails as a paying and loyal customer for 12 years important enough to respond to. Two portable aircons could not coll down the gym now we down to one?? Its laughable... hottest time of the year and this is how the manager operates. What is there to do? I moved from platinum moses to la lucia as it was closer to home but I regret this? Virgin Active can I please reinstate my vitality membership at platinum moses at no cost in order to gym in a clean environment with working equipment and aircon??

Personal Training I would love to get a personal trainer to help me focus my goals again but the new overweight personal trainers who Virgin happily condone to wear the Personal Trainer brand is really uninspiring. Where are all the fit well conditioned inspirational trainers whom we looked up to? Perhaps the state of the gym says it all. I am certainly not going to pay a trainer who talks mostly and is more out of shape than my 70 year old father. Virgin your standard has gone down WAY down.
