Virgin keeps taking money from my pensioner father !

My dad has tried to cancel his membership for months. Please bear in mind he’s a pensioner and every penny counts. Twice they told him their systems are down and they can’t help but they will phone back. They never did. He needs to be reimbursed for those months and his membership needs to be cancelled asap. PLEASE DO RIGHT!
