Virgin, IS IT LOGICAL ???

When I signed a contract for 24 months which means I'm a member of this club for 24 months. It doesn't matter if I do the payments late. They have no rights to suspend us from the club by the time that we late to pay. We have lots of contracts with banks, property agencies, network providers, etc. But there isn't a limitation of using their service by the time that you late to pay their fees.

There isn't such a thing happens when you late to pay your rent then you landlord shows up and throw you on the street or network provider stop giving you the service (they give us 3 months to do the first settlement) when it comes to virgin active they are suspending you from the gym while you have contract and in addition to that they bill you for the next month for the facilities that you didn't use. This math doesn't make sense. If you suspend me then wait for the payment and freeze my account don't bill me for the next month again, If you don't freeze my account then wait for the payment and give us access to the gym for at least 2-3 months. If virgin active didn't receive a payment in this 3 month then they can suspend a member.

We have a 24-month deal contract, virgin active doesn't have the right to suspend us to use their gym facilities. If it was a monthly basis contract then I'd understand that. You can't charged the following months and suspend the members.

I've financially affected due to accumulated high costs of virgin active bills. Facilities which they didn't let us use but I must pay for it? With which logic? Does it even make sense? And I have to pay all of them in once to access the gym again, no installments or payment options all of them should be a lump-sum payment. Seems like I can simply say this; rest of my 6 months I'll have to work hard to pay this accumulated bill so then I can access the gym but during that time I won't be able to access the gym and all of the months I have to pay.

I'd like to pay only the April fee not the following months because I didn't use the facilities, Virgin active must change their protocol on their memberships. They should stop *********** people ... They must bring installments option on the table no one has the luxury to pay the whole amount.
