On 07/10/2024 I sent an email regarding the below issues, however I have not received any feedback. Here below is my issue.

The Manager - Virgin Active The Atrium

Welcome to Virgin Inactive, the gym without fresh air. The extractor fans don't work. The Men's change rooms which I call "The Dungeon". They use pedestal fans to disperse the steam that comes through the ceiling down lighters and in the showers where boards are damaged. The urinals have black bags over them. I don't know what the Health Inspector is smoking.

In addition you have to make members aware of how to use the facilities, the urinal is NOT for chewing gum and foreign objects, and don't leave your DNA on the floor and please don't leave small change in the toilets.
