Useless. Now all of a sudden we have to stand in queues to use our membership. They increased their monthly membership amount, but due to queues and work I haven't been able to visit the gym once. You can't expect people to stand outside in the sun or the cold weather for 40 minutes, without having a plan.

It's absolutely **********. Also... No sales person has been able to hive me feedback or propose a solution. Pathetic.

I'm waiting for a response so that I can cancel my membership and join another gym.
