Virgin - Inactive

I have been a member of Virgin Active classic club at Moses Mabida for over 10 years. In May 2018 I was badly injured as a result of a faulty treadmill. I was hospitalized and had to have surgery performed. I have not been able to train for over 4 months. The club is aware of this. After numerous attempts to deal with the matter...the club has not responded to my dealing with medical expenses, etc in over 7 months! Instead they have cancelled my membership. Unbelievable! Definitely not a Virgin Fan anymore.
