VIRGIN HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !!!

Head Office in Cape Town can only send apologetic automated messages and dont repond to my questions/queries. Virgin Northgate have an even worse attitude when asked to speak to the manager, I was given a card to call him as he will not call me. This must be the worst company to deal with, I reversed my debit orders which they keep on putting through even though I officially am not allowed to enter. This is ***** Carl Molich
