Virgin Eastgate Trainer Inconsideration

I gave feedback on a step class I attended at Virgin Eastgate regarding a trainer that was inconsiderate of the fact that I asked he be cognizant of the basic step while proceeding. He felt a need to continue without consideration, I ended leaving the class as I was lost. I went to the reception and gave a full review, however it seems as though no one cares. I am paying an amount I could use elsewhere to walk out of the gym unhappy when that should be a space allowing me to destress. If classes are intermediate it should be written so as to avoid it.
