Virgin doesn’t care about the members

I called in on the 21st and also on the 25th complaining about several things but virgin Active seems to not care about the members concerned

The first issue I had it’s about hygiene where I went through the changing rooms and I saw a ****roach I don’t expect that from a that in Sunward

Second issue that I had is the Reward where we promised bags but no delivery has been done as yet for me that’s false advertising

Thirdly, was concerned about the slippering Floor in the shower area because I fall myself.

Overall I’m very disappointed with Virgin active is handling the matter it’s like they don’t care
