Virgin Doe nit care

My contract is 100% up to date and all fees paid. My car was in an accident and towed to a panel beater over 40km away from where i am and my gym card is in my vehicle. ill gat my vehicle back by friday and now gym refused to give me access. The sales manager mt Sugen was really helpfull but needed persmission from the general manager that said i must have it here by tomorrow. I do nit have a car???? to go and fetch it ! the manager expects me to walk there and fetch it but shes soo fat she cant even walk down the road to the robots and back but expects me to walk from toti to Durban??? and my contract is paid in full???? can some one woth a brain please inform them that if ive paid for something and if i have a valkid reason for not having my card here it shiuld be good einough!!! They do have my id number dont they???
