<p>Once you signed up to the massive amount, dont have high expectations anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>the service or assistance from the reception desk is not of a polite nature. But of the attitude that you are already signed up no more treatment required.</p> <p>a lot excuses when it comes to merchandise, "only the first 200 members" but when asked what is my nr, it can not be provided.</p> <p> </p> <p>there is no ventelation, clouds of smoke is hanging around the gym from the restaurants below.</p> <p> </p> <p>Blame shifting is the norm, and referred to another person "which is currently not available" </p>
