Virgin Actives ********* Business action

I am extremely unhappy with how Virgin Active goes about with its business. I had a two year contract with them of which I paid fully but once the two years was complete they continued to debit my account. I called to have them stop but they still continued to debit me I then stopped the debit order with my bank. Now that I want to return to virgin active they tell me I cannot gym until I pay for a thousand rand bill?! Of which they chose I apparently owe from the months AFTER my contract ended. I did not use the gym after my contract ended! Also why am I being debited after my contract with them is over??? Why am I being made to paid for a closed membership I never used?! It’s nonsense. I will be sure to advise family and friends about the ********* way Virgin active goes about doing their business to save the money and the stress.
