Virgin active's service sucks!

I am not just disappointed but very disgusted with virgin active.

Firstly they provide clients with incorrect information. Secondly they debit from my bank account after I advised them not to do so as I asked them to cancel my membership.

They phone me every second day for unnecessary thing I literally have to explain the same thing over and over and this saga has been going on for 3 or 4 months yet they still can't do anything right.

The one call agent is more *********** then the other the service is so bad it's actually disgusting for such a big well known company.

I will not put a foot in virgin active or join that gym ever again.
