Virgin active's promotions are lies!

I initially signed up with a guy named Avinash and I was asked to deposit money into his bank account , which I did.

I was promised 2 months free and then my first payment would go off. I was also promised a bag which I am still waiting for.

2 weeks went by, and I did not receive a response however when I asked about this, a guy by the name of Percy from Virgin in La lucia contacted me. He now changed his tune and says that I must pay first and then I will get 2 months free. I comp**** but I asked Percy for my bag which he said he would arrange this, I have received nothing!

My messages and calls are being ignored, same as before. They signed me up, so it doesn’t matter how right?!

I want my bag and I want an apology for being misled. You made me pay when that was not the agreement and you promised me a bag, which I do not have.

I am most of all upset at the fact that you ignore me! Someone who pays you!

Can I expect to be ignored for the duration of my contract???
