Virgin actives level of incompetence

I worked at virgin active as a trainer for almost 10 years. Once I left the company due to having disagreement with a manager, I left on good terms. Now I am blacklisted from all fitness clubs and no one can give me a reason. I have tried on multiple occasions to try sort this problem out. I have called head office, went to 2 different clubs and no one seems to have an answer to me??? They are such a massive fitness club but so *********** with there after sales
