Virgin Active worts gym in S.A

I cancelled my membership in January 2024, and ended the 2nd of February 2024. Since then I have been battling to cancel my Vitality with them after numerous calls and emails.

I jouned Planet Fitness who overall is a better gym and the fees and service are better as well, but my discount that I can get with my Vitality can not be activated at Planet Fitness due to my Vitality still being active at Virgin Active whom I guess is still getting the rewards from my Vitality. Even with my Vitality being active at Virgin I did not even get my monthly discount on my fees, thus being the reason for my membership cancellation and poor club management. Very shady if you ask me.

They are more than willing to help if you sign up, but after that their service suck and is non existent. Do not ever join Virgin Active.
