Virgin Active. Worst service delivery ever encountered. Stay away or stand a chance to lose both your money value and sanity.

Virgin Active Rustenburg branch. The worst service delivery ever encountered. They never reply to you. When you try to contact them, they simply respond by saying that the person you are looking for is on lunch or off course my ultimate favorite, they are not in today. I don't know how these people manage to pull a salary and at the same time never being at work.

A simple issue of cancelling a contract has reached the point where ITC scores are impacted, and apparently more money being owed. To put the cherry on top by calling a customer a **** after being ******** into a 2 year contract after it was made clear that we are moving and that there is no Virgin active branch in the town we are moving to.

I will never recommend Virgin Active to anybody as the level of service delivery is dismal to say the least. Worst turnaround times on complaints and an overall don't care attitude from their side.
