Virgin active = Worst Gym

I dont think Virgin active cares about its members. i dont see any replies to them here on this platform, or to google reviews. Just had a terrible experience with them and decided to cancel my membership. I was then met by someone that kept trying to sell me something else or freeze my contract.

I have to pay a cancelation fee now even though i have been a member for more that a year. Their system shows i have only been a member for 6 months but I have the debit orders to prove otherwise. I will NEVER do business with these snakes again.
