Virgin active worst customer support ever once contracts signed!!

I recently cancelled my gym contract because of poor gym management and broken equipment. Following the cancellation we had a dispute about a last debit order, since the 18th I'm still waiting for a" team leader" to get in contact with me! Customer service is of no help and apparently "Team leaders" doesn't exist! Had problems to cancel my Fiancé's contract as well because there's no response from sent emails! Very disappointed!!
