the debit order bounced for some reason that i dont understand in Sep 2024 ,i was sent a payment link and made payment . I am paying for myself and Naledi under my account ,I was told the payment that i did in September was paid into my account and waas not alloctaed to my partners account which is incompetency from virgin ,I kept getting calls that Naledi owes i should pay the shortfall ,This is not my fault that the amount paid in September was not allocated into naledi account .This should be fixed by virgin active as this is not my fault ,i can't be paying for gym and not using it ,Naledi wants to use the gym facility, can virgin active fix their negligence .I AM DISSAPOINTD IN VIRGIN ACTIVE AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR THIS LONG ,IF THIS IS HOW YOU HANDLE CLIENTS I GLADY WANT TO CANCEL AND WOULD NEVER RCOMMEND IT
