Absolutely horrible. Who runs this **** show? Hello? Absolutely horrible. They have no structure or whatsoever. they just decided to deduct more money from my account, no one informed me. Plus I SIGNED A CONTRACT????? HELLOOO did u just change the contract terms because you felt like it? It's a Signed document. No one informed me or anything. Plus I have emails from September 2023 saying my account is suppose to be canceled. And it's not. So uhm.????? Virgin active explain?? I am a student. Not very fond over this ****. I chose that plan CAUSE I COULD AFFORD IT. Now you deducting more?? Unacceptable. I want my money back.
