Virgin active will rob you

Virgin active debited me on the incorrect date last month,

I requested for the debit date to be changed to the 15th , to which they agreed.

They still debit me on the 1st and are now acting like this request was made.

Is it ******* to debit someone twice? Because money was taken on the 15th
