WHAT A JOKE

I went into VA Cedar Square to apply for membership 2 months ago. The sales consultant was going to send me all pricing for the various memberships via email. Up until now I haven't received a thing. About a 6 weeks later, Lorraine contacts me as a follow up as the consultant had resigned from his post. We spoke for a while then she would get back to me after speaking to her manager, still no communication from her. Today I get a follow up call from another consultant, doing a follow up.

What is happening in VA???? Does the consultants not have inter departmental communication. What also is strange is the time it takes to reply to various inquires that have been made over two months. As they say "any news is good news" an d "no news is slapgat".
