Virgin active...what a *******!!!

<p>I called virgin active on Friday regarding an sms received stating my account has been handed over to mbd attorneys with an amount of R1300.00 due.the agent at virgin active did not know what i was talking about and was supposed to get back to me that same afternoon after 5pm. I am still waiting.she did tell me that I must pay the arrears amount and another R1800.00 to activate the benefit.if I am reinstating only myself then why must I pay an activation fee?so in actual fact I must pay 1300.00 arrears plus 1800.00 activation fee for just myself to use the gym? R3100.00 total....virgin active are you serious?!if that's the case why should I pay even the arrears.maybe just go to planet fitness instead?what about all the time I have been paying in full and not utilising benefits even though I was unemployed?stop overcharging people cos you will lose business....very dissatisfied.</p>
